James has over 7 years of proven experience supporting

customers in both the U.S. Government and commercial

settings.  He is very familiar with all aspects of the Project

Management Life Cycle Phases (Initiation, Planning,

Execution, Closure).  He is experienced at managing

dynamic teams of individuals, managing various accounts,

quality control and customer retention, safety and compliance, as well as scheduling, planning and completion of time sensitive projects. He experience in cost estimating, scheduling, business law, economics, statistics, marketing, sales, business ownership, entrepreneurial enterprises, etc.
